Will an Audrey Grace gift box fit through a letterbox?No, our luxurious gift boxes will need to be signed for.

How long will it take to deliver my gift?We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 12pm the same day, Monday to Friday. Standard delivery takes 2-3 days, or you can upgrade to fast delivery for a speedier arrival, typically the next day (if orders are placed before 12pm)

I've bought more than one gift, can I send them to different addresses?Absolutely! If you’d like to send gifts to multiple addresses, simply add a note at checkout or get in touch with us, and we’ll handle the details.

Can I add a personal message or gift card to my gift?Absolutely! Every Audrey Grace gift box includes a complimentary, personalized gift note printed on our elegant A6 cards. For an extra special touch, you can upgrade to a beautiful greetings card at checkout.

Will you include receipts or invoices in my gift?Never! We believe in keeping the magic alive, so no invoices or receipts are included in our gift boxes.

Is there a minimum order quantity for corporate gift boxes?Nope! Whether it’s one special gift or a whole host of boxes, we’re happy to accommodate your needs. There may be some restrictions on this if you would like personalised branding but we always try our best to accommodate and work within your budget.

Can I send this gift directly to the recipient?Of course! Simply enter the recipient’s address in the shipping section at checkout, and we’ll take care of the rest.

What if I want to order more than one gift set?If you’re sending multiple gifts to different addresses, let us know and we’ll send you a handy form to fill in with all the details. We’ll take it from there!

How much is delivery?Standard delivery (Evri) is just £4.50, and it’s free on orders over £60. Need it faster? Choose fast deliver at checkout.

Can I order a gift to arrive on a specific date?While we can’t guarantee exact delivery dates, we can add a little ‘No peeking until…’ note in with your order. Just enter the details in the notes section at checkout and we’ll add the perfect finishing touch.
